Galleria Food Court Renovation

Design Challenge: Renovate an existing food court for a high-rise office building with different tenants types beyond just corporate tenants. Design a space tenants can “escape” and be productive.
Design Solution: A café type space with bright colors and productive lighting with different experiences available within a large open space. Textures, patterns and colors change and intermingle throughout the space.
Client Objective: Provide the food court tenant with a space to promote their fun & healthy menu and catering services. Give tenants a lunch option to keep them within the building but able to escape the work & school environment.

Galleria Fitness Center

Design Challenge: Design a new fitness club for a high-rise office building for an experienced fitness club tenant in an awkwardly shaped and small space.
Design Solution: Locker rooms cut into the space but allowed for a remote and semi-private yoga area. Flooring delineates different areas and uses. Finishes were selected to meet a restrictive budget and give a tailored but fresh feel to a small space filled with equipment.
